NOTE: There are two ways of freeing Paloma. You can use the alligator clips combined with the copper wire, placing one on each shackle. You can also shoot the cover off the dimmer. Use the metal cutter on the foam insulation and place it in the dimmer. After chosing a way, use the pick gun on each shackle to free Paloma. Another surprise! View the electrical cabinet on the wall, collect the keypad. Head outside the room and view the cabinet next to the door. Place the keypad in the lock, use A64571 to open the cabinet. Note: This code was found in Hawker's PDA, which you can connect to the computer. Hawker has left a bomb! View the electical box in the middle. 24 milliamps of power...
